The land is very gently sloping upon the entrance and is level at the very top. To the north-east of the land, there is an area fenced off with young planted trees.

Directions:
Proceed west out of Hereford along the A438 Whitecross Road continuing straight across at the Monument Roundabout into Kings Acre Road. Follow this road for approximately 1.7 miles, taking the left hand turn (signposted Breinton Lane). Continue along this lane and at the T junction take a right where the land can be found on the right hand side, as indicated by the For Sale board, after approximately ½ a mile.
